Core Responsibilities
1. Providing software application support.
2. Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
3. Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications
4. Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
5. stablishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer
6. Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
7. Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
8. Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
Experience
4-5 Years minimum
Skills / Knowledge / Competencies
- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
- Knowledge of Oracle PL sql/SQL Forms Reports
Language
French and good English
